Product Description
Galvanized Flat Sheet is the cut-to-flat form of hot-dip galvanized steel, supplied as individual flat sheets rather than coil. It is produced from hot-dip GI strip in thickness 0.085–1.2mm, width 700–1250mm, with a zinc coating of 20–300g/m² and a visible regular or big spangle finish. Because the material arrives flattened and sheared, fabricators can take a sheet directly from the bundle and feed it to a shear, punch press, or laser bed - no decoiler, no leveller, and no in-house slit-to-size step. The flat form also stacks and stores cleanly, which matters for workshops that buy in bundles and pull one sheet at a time.
Buyers who switch from coil to flat sheets usually do so to save floor space and capital equipment. Sheet Metal Enclosures and Cabinets
Flat sheets blank cleanly on turret punches, and the spangled galvanised surface serves as a finished industrial look for low- and medium-voltage cabinets.
Blanking and Stamping
The flat, coil-set-free form feeds progressive dies without secondary levelling, reducing press downtime and offcuts.
Custom Fabrication and Signage
Buyers cut, bend, or weld flat sheets into brackets, trays, and sign panels; the zinc layer protects parts during outdoor installation without a primer coat.
Customization
Thickness, width, and length are cut to order; zinc coating weight and spangle type are selectable. OEM/ODM is supported. We manufacture to customer drawings or samples, and every custom order passes a drawing review by our technical team before production. First-piece samples are approved before batch release.
Packaging & Transportation
Bundles are wrapped in waterproof film with rubber spacers between sheets, then tensioned with steel bands. Wooden battens reinforce each bundle inside the container; small accessories are bagged separately. Pallet loading is available on request, and a loading video is provided for each shipment. EXW is our preferred trade term.

Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard galvanized flat sheets start from tens of metres. The MOQ is higher for custom zinc coatings or non-standard dimensions, and is confirmed at the quotation stage.
Q2: Can you produce based on our drawings?
Yes. Send the drawing or sample, our engineers review it for feasibility - thickness, width, length, and coating - and return a confirmed cutting scheme before production.
Q3: What warranty do you provide?
We guarantee the material and production process. Defects in raw material or galvanising process are covered; normal installation damage, misuse, or environmental exposure beyond the agreed coating weight is excluded. Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours.
