The decorative bridge railing combines pedestrian boundary protection, space separation, and bridge appearance design. It can be manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloy, or a combination of materials.

 

Available styles include simple horizontal rails, vertical bars, grille structures, decorative cut-out panels, and custom pattern designs. The shape, color, texture, and decorative details can be coordinated with the bridge architecture, surrounding landscape, and lighting system.

 

This product is mainly used for pedestrian protection and boundary management. Typical applications include urban landscape bridges, pedestrian bridges, park bridges, waterfront walkway bridges, tourist-area bridges, commercial walkways, and appearance improvement projects for existing bridges.

 

A decorative railing should not directly replace a vehicle crash barrier. Where a project requires resistance to vehicle impact, a separately designed or verified vehicle protection system should be provided.

 

Dimensions, Materials, and Finishes

The common railing height is 1100–1400 mm. Post spacing is normally 1000–2000 mm, while the common prefabricated unit length is 1500–3000 mm. Units can be divided according to the bridge curve, longitudinal slope, installation area, and transport limits.

 

Carbon steel railings can be hot-dip galvanized, powder coated, or finished with fluorocarbon coating. Stainless steel can use brushed or polished surfaces. Aluminium alloy can be anodized or powder coated.

 

The railing can also reserve positions for lighting units, reflective markings, or decorative panels. Removable or concealed connection designs can be produced according to the drawings. Factory-prefabricated units reduce the amount of on-site welding, grinding, and surface repair work.

 

Custom Patterns and Section Numbering

For cut-out panels, special patterns, or project-specific colors, a first piece can be produced from a drawing or sample. The dimensions, welding joints, color, and overall appearance are confirmed before batch production.

 

Product markings and packaging can be customized. Different bridge sections or installation areas can be numbered, helping the construction team unload and install the units in the correct order.

 

Inspection, Samples, and Packing

Quality inspection focuses on component dimensions, weld appearance, post-related fabrication dimensions, base plate holes, coating condition, and assembly results.

 

Available samples can be shipped. Customized samples normally require about 3–7 days. Different colors, materials, or railing styles can be produced within one order when each item is clearly identified.

 

Batch-customized production generally requires about 10–15 days. Buyers may receive production photos and videos or arrange an inspection before shipment.

 

For export, protective materials and separators are placed between railing units. Connection parts are packed separately, and the container is reinforced to reduce scratches and collision damage to decorative surfaces during long-distance transport.
