Product Description
Metal Roofing Sheet is the generic roll-formed roofing product supplied for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, in our case produced from hot-dip galvanized steel (GI) coil. The base material is zinc-coated from 20 to 300 g/m² and formed into corrugated or trapezoidal profiles 0.085–1.2 mm thick, with cut lengths matched to roof bay widths. As a modern roofing substrate, it accepts standard fasteners, insulation, and fixings used on conventional metal roof systems, and its predictable span performance allows designers to specify it across factories, malls, schools, and logistics parks. The finish can be Regular Spangle or Big Spangle to suit whether the roof is exposed or will receive a subsequent coating.
With a 20,000 m² own factory and around 10,000 tons monthly capacity, we run Metal Roofing Sheet as a continuous roll-forming program rather than a one-off job, which lets us quote large commercial orders with stable thickness and profile tolerance. Our quality chain - incoming material test, in-process inspection, and final outgoing check - is applied to every batch, and OEM/ODM packaging and marking are available for brand-conscious contractors.

Customization
We customize profile, thickness, zinc coating, spangle type, and cut length; OEM branding, carton marking, and ODM panel designs are accepted. Technical drawings are reviewed before production, and first-piece samples are approved before batch rolling.
Packaging & Transportation
Export packing: waterproof film, rubber spacers, steel strapping, internal wood bracing, and separate accessory bags. Pallet loading is available, and a loading video is supplied for every container. EXW is preferred; other Incoterms can be discussed.

Q1: Can you handle large commercial order volumes?
Yes. Our monthly capacity is around 10,000 tons under a 20,000 m² own facility, and we run continuous roll-forming programs for distributor and contractor accounts.
Q2: Do you offer OEM marking on the bundle?
Yes. OEM/ODM is supported, including customer labels, bundle marking, and private packaging design, subject to agreement on the PO.
Q3: What payment terms apply for large orders?
Standard orders use 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment. Custom orders requiring drawing approval use 50% deposit with 50% balance. RMB or USD is accepted.
