Galvanized Cut to Length Sheet is produced by uncoiling hot-dip galvanized steel coil, levelling the strip, and precision-shearing it to flat sheets of exact length. The product carries a zinc coating of 20–300g/m², with available thickness from 0.085mm to 1.2mm and coil width between 700mm and 1250mm. The cut-to-length process flattens wave and coil set before shearing, so each sheet arrives with consistent flatness and length tolerance rather than a rolled-in curve. This makes the sheet directly usable for laser cutting, punching, and press braking without buyers running their own decoiling and levelling equipment.

Laser and Plasma Cutting

Customization
Length, width, and thickness are cut to customer drawings; zinc coating weight (20–300g/m²) and spangle type (Regular or Big) are selectable. OEM and ODM production is accepted. Customers send drawings or samples, our engineering team reviews feasibility first, and a first-piece sample is approved before batch production. Custom samples take 3–7 days.
Packaging & Transportation
Sheets are bundled with waterproof film, rubber spacers between layers, and steel band strapping. Wooden battens reinforce the bundle inside the container to prevent shift during ocean freight; accessories are packed separately. Pallet loading is available, and loading videos are shared with every shipment. EXW is our preferred trade term; other terms can be discussed.

Q1: Do you support third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. We accept SGS, BV, or other third-party inspection, and for export orders we can perform 100% visual inspection before packaging. Loading videos are also recorded as visual proof.
Q2: What payment terms do you offer?
Standard orders require a 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment; custom orders are 50% deposit and 50% balance. We accept both RMB and USD settlement.
Q3: How is shipping damage handled?
Our packaging is designed for ocean freight (waterproof film + steel bands + wood reinforcement). If damage occurs in transit, photos and the loading video are used to claim with the carrier. Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours.
