Product Description
Trapezoidal Galvanized Sheet is a roll-formed GI panel with straight-sided, trapezoidal ribs rather than round waves. Produced from hot-dip galvanized steel coil 0.085–1.2 mm thick, with zinc coating 20–300 g/m² and Regular or Big Spangle finish, it is used both as roof cladding and as wall cladding on industrial plants, workshops, and warehouse facades. The flat trapezoidal faces fix cleanly and read as a modern industrial surface, while the rib depth gives stiffness between supports. Rib pitch and height can be roll-formed to a customer drawing, and length is cut to the wall height or roof bay to minimize horizontal joints.
Because the same panel runs on both roof and wall of an industrial building, our workshop can punch, cut, and weld matching accessories (flashing, gussets, angle trims) to the same trapezoidal profile, so the Trapezoidal Galvanized Sheet package arrives as a coordinated roof-and-wall kit rather than sheets alone.

Packaging & Transportation
Waterproof film wrap, rubber spacers, steel band strapping, internal wooden bracing, and separate packing of accessories and trims. Pallet loading available. A loading video is recorded for every container. EXW is preferred.

Q1: Can one trapezoidal profile be used on both roof and wall?
Yes. The trapezoidal rib works as a roof panel and as wall cladding on the same building, which is why industrial plants often standardize on one profile for the whole envelope.
Q2: Do you supply matching flashing and trims?
Yes. Our workshop has punching, cutting, and welding equipment, so we can fabricate matching flashing, angle trims, and gussets to the same trapezoidal profile and pack them separately with the sheet order.
Q3: What is your warranty?
We warrant against defects in raw material and manufacturing workmanship. We respond within 24 hours to after-sales issues. Damage from misuse, improper installation, or environmental exposure beyond the specified coating is not covered.
