Long posts and cantilever arms are secured with steel straps and waterproof protection. Timber reinforcement can be added inside the container. Flanges, bolts, and smaller accessories are packed separately.
Production photos and videos can be provided, and large orders may be delivered in batches. Repeat orders using the same drawings can reduce repeated review and production setup work.
After delivery, the buyer should first check the component numbers, flange hole positions, and embedded foundation dimensions. Transport damage should be recorded through photos, videos, and delivery documents so that the after-sales team can review the issue.
