Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Sign Support

Integrated Fabrication and Galvanizing
Hongrong Traffic has a hot-dip galvanizing line together with cutting and welding equipment. Steel tube preparation, flange welding, stiffening plate processing, and overall galvanizing can be managed within the factory production process.
Incoming materials are inspected before fabrication. Dimensions and welds are checked during production. After galvanizing, the external appearance and agreed coating indicators can be inspected before the finished components are packed.
Non-standard sign poles are manufactured according to drawings. First-piece confirmation can be used to reduce differences in flange hole positions, pole height, and connection details during batch production.
The factory can cooperate in providing product-related quality information. Buyers or independent inspectors may check the steel material, wall thickness, dimensions, welding condition, and zinc coating before shipment.
Export Packing and Project Delivery
Production photos and videos can be sent to the appointed buyer contact. Long-term projects can arrange delivery batches according to the installation schedule.
For export packing, waterproof materials, rubber separators, and steel straps can be used to protect the galvanized sign pole. Flange ends receive additional protection because they may be affected by collision during loading and unloading.
Bolts and connecting parts are packed separately. Timber supports can be added inside the container to reduce component movement.
Large projects can define the zinc coating inspection method, factory inspection, packing, delivery time, and warranty scope in the contract. If transport damage is found after arrival, the buyer should retain the packing condition, photos, videos, and shipping documents for responsibility review.
