Wider Three-Wave Beam for Reinforced Road Sections
The guardrail thrie beam uses a wider steel panel with a three-wave profile. It works with posts, dedicated spacer blocks, connection bolts, terminal ends, and transition components to form a continuous roadside protection system.
Compared with a standard two-wave panel, the three-wave beam provides greater vertical coverage and higher sectional stiffness. It can be selected for road areas with complex traffic composition, a higher proportion of heavy vehicles, or a need for stronger system support.
When a vehicle contacts the barrier, the continuously overlapped beam transfers force along the barrier line. The beam, posts, and spacer blocks then work together through controlled deformation. This helps absorb part of the impact energy and guide the vehicle's movement.
Typical applications include highway central medians, steep slopes, sharp curves, higher-risk roadsides, tunnel entrances, toll station transition areas, and road sections used by heavy vehicles.

Dimensions and Material Options
The common three-wave panel size is 4320 × 506 × 85 mm. Available base steel thicknesses are normally 3.0 mm or 4.0 mm. The effective installed length of one panel is commonly about 4000 mm.
Material options include Q235, Q355, or equivalent structural steel specified by the project. Surface treatments include hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, and composite anti-corrosion coatings.
The three-wave panel can be combined with shorter post spacing, reinforced posts, and dedicated spacer blocks. It can also connect to two-wave barriers, bridge barriers, or rigid barriers through a specially designed transition panel.
Buyers should confirm the panel holes, overlapping direction, post spacing, and transition structure according to the drawings. A three-wave panel should not be used as a direct replacement for a two-wave system without checking the other system components.

Production for Wider and Heavier Panels
For a guardrail thrie beam project, Hongrong Traffic can manage the process from incoming steel and stamping to punching, surface treatment, and export packing.
The factory has professional stamping equipment, a hot-dip galvanizing line, and powder-coating equipment. It can manufacture three-wave panels together with matching posts and spacer blocks.
Before mass production, the technical team reviews panel thickness, hole spacing, connection type, and anti-corrosion requirements. A first piece is produced for confirmation. For projects that connect to an existing two-wave barrier or bridge structure, transition component drawings can also be reviewed to reduce on-site cutting, drilling, and welding adjustments.

Samples, Inspection, and Export Delivery
Available specifications may be supplied as samples or small replacement orders. Customized three-wave panels and transition components normally require about 3–7 days for sample production. Batch-customized products generally require about 10–15 days after drawing confirmation.
Different panel thicknesses, coatings, and post types can be combined in one order when each specification is clearly marked. Production photos or videos can be supplied. Buyers may also inspect the dimensions, holes, steel thickness, and surface treatment or appoint a third party.
For export, separators are placed between wider panels before steel strapping. Accessories are packed in bags or boxes. Timber supports are added inside the container to reduce friction, surface scratches, and bundle movement.
