For key projects, a 100% visual and dimensional inspection before packing can be agreed in the contract. Steel material and coating indicators can be checked through sampling according to the agreed inspection plan.
Buyers may visit the factory or appoint a third-party inspector before shipment. Customized products are produced after drawing review and first-piece confirmation.

Common posts and matching components can support road repair work and small replacement orders. Non-standard lengths, special hole arrangements, and base-plate structures are manufactured after drawing confirmation.
Standard products normally require about 3–5 days. Customized components generally require about 10–15 days. Large orders can be delivered in stages to match the construction schedule.
For export, posts are sorted by specification, bundled with steel straps, and protected with waterproof film and separators. Small components are packed separately, while timber supports are used inside the container.
Production and loading photos or videos can be provided. This helps buyers follow the order status and identify the components after arrival.
