Large-Format Information for High-Speed Roads

The 2000 × 3000 mm format can be used for large overhead sign structures. The signs may use a thicker aluminum panel, double-folded edges, and a reflective surface.
The exact aluminum thickness, reflective material grade, edge construction, and support structure must follow the project drawings. The wind resistance of a completed installation cannot be determined from the panel dimensions alone.
Signs, Poles, and Gantry Coordination

Packing and container loading directly affect the delivered condition of large highway signs. Protective film and separators can be placed between panels to protect the reflective surface.
Large signs may use pallets, support frames, or timber reinforcement. Connection components are classified and packed separately. A packing list can be prepared according to the construction location.
Large orders can be delivered in stages so that sign panels and support structures arrive according to the foundation and installation schedule.
If panel bending, reflective surface damage, or broken packing is found after delivery, buyers should take photos and videos immediately and retain the shipping documents. Loading records can then be used to support responsibility review.
