Triangular Signs for Advance Road Hazard Warnings
A warning placard is used to alert drivers to curves, slopes, intersections, obstacles, cliff edges, construction areas, and other road conditions that require early attention.
The sign uses an internationally recognized triangular visual structure, helping drivers identify its warning function quickly. Common side lengths include 700 mm, 900 mm, and 1100 mm.
Available aluminum substrate thicknesses are 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, and 3.0 mm. Reflective material can be applied to maintain clear graphic recognition during the day and improve visibility under vehicle headlights at night.
Typical applications include national and provincial roads, secondary roads, mountain roads, winding routes, cliff-edge sections, mining areas, ports, and industrial park roads.

Accurate Graphics and Project-Based Sizing
Compared with direction or prohibition signs, warning signs normally rely more heavily on graphic information. Accurate symbols, clear border proportions, and suitable advance installation positions are therefore important purchasing considerations.
Where a project uses EN 12899 requirements, the order documents should identify the substrate, reflective sheeting grade, graphic design, dimensions, and acceptance criteria.
Warning symbols can differ between countries. The buyer should provide an approved local layout or technical drawing, and the factory will manufacture according to the confirmed file.
For locations with restricted visibility, higher vehicle speed, or a complex background, a larger warning placard may be selected according to the project drawing. One standard size should not be applied to every road only because the road category is the same.

First-Piece Confirmation and Mixed Orders
Hongrong Traffic can customize the symbol, wording, dimensions, and installation-point information. Signs can also be supplied with steel posts, cantilever supports, guardrails, and connection components.
Before production, the sales and technical teams can check the triangular dimensions, aluminum thickness, graphic direction, reflective material, and packing identification.
The first sample is confirmed before batch production. This helps reduce graphic errors, incorrect symbol direction, and inconsistent wording in mixed orders.
Different warning symbols and sizes can be combined in one purchase. Each layout should have a clear identification number and quantity. Buyers may review production through photos and videos or arrange factory and third-party inspections.

Packing and Delivery Inspection
Protective film and separators are placed between sign faces to reduce friction on the reflective surface. Corners and mounting-hole areas receive additional protection, while accessories are packed separately.
Large or long-term projects can define sample approval, packing methods, delivery batches, and after-sales responsibilities in the contract.
After delivery, bent panels or damaged reflective surfaces should be photographed before unpacking is completed. The buyer should retain the packing condition, videos, and shipping documents so the issue can be reviewed against the production and loading records.
