Purchasing documents should state the galvanizing process, zinc coating unit, average or local minimum requirement, sampling method, and corrosion protection for the matching fasteners.
Using coordinated protection for the posts, beams, bolts, and spacer blocks can help maintain consistency across the complete outdoor system. When a local collision damages one support, a single post may be replaced according to site conditions without removing the entire barrier section.
Inspection of Material, Dimensions, and Coating
The factory has a hot-dip galvanizing line, stamping equipment, and cutting and welding facilities. Different post sections and hole arrangements can be manufactured according to project drawings.

Customized posts enter mass production only after first-piece confirmation. This helps reduce hole-position differences and assembly problems within the same batch.
Replacement Orders and Project Delivery
Small replacement orders may be arranged according to available material and common specifications. Long-term projects and large orders can use concentrated material preparation and continuous production.
The final price depends on the section, length, steel consumption, and galvanizing requirement. Standard products normally require about 3–5 days for production. Customized drawings and non-standard components generally require about 10–15 days.
For export, posts are bundled with steel straps and protected with waterproof materials. Small accessories are packed separately, and pallets may be used where required. Timber reinforcement can be added inside the container. Transport damage should be recorded with photos, videos, and delivery documents.
