Galvanized steel strip is a hot-dip galvanized steel product slit into coil form for direct feeding into downstream manufacturing. Produced from regular spangle and big spangle galvanized coil with thicknesses from 0.085mm to 1.2mm and zinc coating weights from 20 to 300g/m², it offers a standard, ready-to-use feed material for a wide range of fabrication processes. The zinc layer forms a sacrificial barrier that protects the underlying steel from corrosion during storage, transport, and in-service outdoor conditions. Available in standard widths suitable for common roll forming, stamping, and ducting applications, galvanized steel strip requires no additional surface preparation before entering a production line. Its consistent coil form allows uninterrupted feeding on automated equipment and reduces material handling waste on the shop floor.
With monthly output of approximately 10,000 tons, we supply galvanized steel strip in volumes that support both regular restocking and one-off project orders without long lead-time commitments. Every batch passes through our quality control sequence, including raw material incoming inspection, in-process patrol checks, anti-corrosion process monitoring, and finished goods final inspection, so the strip delivered to your floor meets the thickness, coating, and width you ordered.

- General Roll Forming - As a standard-width feedstock, galvanized steel strip fits common roll-forming dies for channels, angles, and profiles; the pre-applied zinc coating means formed parts leave the line ready for outdoor use without secondary galvanizing.
- HVAC Ductwork and Fittings - Strip is slit to width and formed into duct flanges, angles, and connectors; the zinc coating resists condensation corrosion in ventilation systems and extends fitting service life.
- Packaging and Banding - Narrower slits of galvanized strip serve as durable banding and strapping material; the zinc finish prevents rust marks on packaged goods during warehousing and shipment.
Customization
We customize slit width, thickness (0.085-1.2mm), and zinc coating weight (20-300g/m²) to match customer requirements. OEM and ODM orders are accepted, including production from customer drawings and samples. Spangle type (Regular or Big) and edge condition can be specified. Custom products undergo first-piece confirmation before batch production.
Packaging & Transportation
Export packaging uses waterproof film wrapping with rubber spacers between coils, secured by steel band strapping. Wooden reinforcement is applied inside containers to prevent movement, and accessories are packed separately. Coils can be loaded onto pallets upon request. A loading video is recorded for every export shipment. EXW is our preferred trade term; both RMB and USD settlement are accepted.

Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ starts from tens of meters for standard-width galvanized steel strip, making small trial orders and project-based purchases feasible. For non-standard specifications, MOQ is confirmed during the drawing review stage.
Q2: How do you control product quality before shipment?
A: We run raw material incoming inspection, in-process patrol checks, anti-corrosion process control, and finished goods final inspection on every batch. Third-party inspection is supported, and for export orders we can perform 100% pre-packing inspection by contract agreement.
Q3: What payment terms do you accept?
A: Standard orders are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment. Custom orders are 50% deposit with 50% balance. Both RMB and USD settlement are accepted.
