Common panel sizes are 4320 × 310 × 85 mm and 4320 × 506 × 85 mm. The effective installed length of each panel is normally about 4000 mm. Available base steel thicknesses include 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, and 4.0 mm.
The panels can be manufactured from Q235, Q355, or equivalent structural steel required by the project. Surface treatment options include hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, galvanized plus powder-coated finishes, and composite anti-corrosion coatings.
The final configuration can be selected according to the road type, traffic conditions, climate, maintenance plan, and project drawings. Standard hole positions and overlapping connections help simplify installation. The system can be used on highways, national roads, provincial roads, rural roads, urban expressways, median areas, curved sections, bridge approaches, culvert areas, and roadside sections near water or steep slopes.
Factory Customization And Quality Control
Hongrong Traffic Facilities was established in 2019 in Guanxian, Shandong. The factory covers more than 20,000 square meters and has over 60 production workers. Its production equipment supports stamping, hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating, cutting, and welding.
For each W-Beam Highway Guardrail order, the technical team can check the panel length, thickness, hole position, steel grade, surface treatment, and matching post type against the buyer's drawings. Product marking, outer packaging, and mixed specification combinations can also be customized.
Before mass production, drawings can be reviewed and the first finished piece can be confirmed. This process helps reduce incorrect hole positions, missing accessories, and connection problems during installation. Guardrail panels, posts, spacer blocks, bolts, and terminal ends can be produced and managed as one complete order to improve component consistency.
Quality control includes incoming raw material inspection, production patrol inspection, anti-corrosion process control, and final inspection before shipment. Customized specifications enter mass production only after first-piece confirmation. Buyers may arrange an on-site inspection or appoint a third party to check the material, thickness, coating, and overall dimensions during production or before shipment.

Stocked specifications can support small replacement orders starting from several dozen meters. Standard products normally require about 3–5 days for production. Products made according to customized drawings usually require about 10–15 days. The confirmed delivery time can be written into the contract.
Available samples can be arranged for shipment. Customized samples normally take about 3–7 days to complete.
For export delivery, guardrail panels can be protected with waterproof film, rubber separators, and steel straps. Accessories are packed separately to make checking and installation easier. Timber supports can be used inside the container to reduce movement, collision, and loose bundles during long-distance transportation. The loading process can also be recorded for shipment tracking and receiving inspection.
