Multi-Layer Coating for Complex Environments
The Epoxy Zinc-Based Coated Guardrail is a steel road guardrail protected by a multi-layer anti-corrosion coating system. The coating normally combines a zinc-containing epoxy base layer with a polyester or another weather-resistant top layer.
The epoxy zinc-based layer strengthens the corrosion protection of the steel substrate. The top layer helps isolate the surface from rain, ultraviolet exposure, and atmospheric pollutants. It also supports color retention and a more uniform external appearance.
The system can use two-wave or three-wave guardrail panels with matching posts, connectors, bolts, and accessories. It is suitable for road projects that place greater attention on coating structure, surface color, and adaptation to demanding outdoor conditions.

Coating Structure and Recommended Thickness
The common steel thickness is 2.5–4.0 mm. The recommended total coating thickness is approximately 120–200 μm. The actual film thickness should be adjusted according to the primer, topcoat material, corrosion environment, and project inspection requirements.
The multi-layer structure allows the zinc-based bottom layer and the weather-resistant top layer to perform different protective functions. The product can be considered for humid areas, saline environments, salt-alkali regions, industrial pollution areas, or roads where de-icing agents are frequently used during winter.
Colors can be customized according to the project design. This allows the guardrail to provide roadside protection while coordinating with urban roads, industrial parks, or landscape areas.

Technical Review and Coating Verification
For projects near coastal roads, chemical industry areas, or high-humidity regions, Hongrong Traffic Facilities can review the steel material, panel thickness, surface preparation, and coating process according to the project conditions supplied by the buyer.
After receiving a technical drawing or physical sample, the team can check the dimensions, materials, welding requirements, and coating structure. Processing suggestions may be provided according to the available production methods. Customized products are confirmed through a first piece before mass production. This helps reduce visible color differences, coating thickness variation, and inconsistent hole positions within a batch.
Quality verification should match the actual coating system. Inspection items can include total film thickness, coating adhesion, impact resistance, salt-spray resistance, and weather resistance.
When a project specifies a salt-spray test duration or expected service period, the sample structure, test standard, acceptance criteria, and inspection document should also be defined. A fixed test duration or service life should not be promised without corresponding test information.
Buyers can arrange an inspection during production or before shipment. Third-party inspectors may check the steel material, thickness, dimensions, surface treatment, and coating indicators. A piece-by-piece inspection before packing can also be agreed for key orders.

Order Terms, Delivery, and After-Sales Support
Customized Epoxy Zinc-Based Coated Guardrail products are normally manufactured after the drawing and sample are approved. Production generally requires about 3–7 days.
For regular customized orders, the stated payment arrangement is a 50% advance payment after the contract is signed. This is used for material preparation and production scheduling. The remaining 50% is paid after production and inspection are completed and before shipment. The payment ratio may be discussed according to the order size and long-term cooperation conditions.
Production progress can be shared through photos or videos. Export packing can include waterproof film, rubber separators, steel straps, and internal container reinforcement. Accessories are packed separately to reduce impact on the coated surfaces.
When a quality or transport issue is reported after delivery, dedicated after-sales personnel can communicate with the buyer and provide a handling proposal within 24 hours.
